Waltham, MA | 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500July 14, 2025Overall, my car-buying experience was decent, but a bit of a mixed bag. The standout was our finance representative who walked us through the extended warranty and final steps—he went above and beyond, was extremely helpful, and made that part of the process smooth and efficient. However, for a brand-new truck, the interior should have been spotless. Instead, we found dirt and food crumbs in the center storage area where the cup holders are, as well as in the back seat. We had to clean and vacuum it ourselves once we got home, which really took away from the excitement of the new purchase.Response from Herb Connolly Chevrolet

Marlborough, MA | 2022 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado LTDJune 23, 2025Brought 2022 Silverado in to have Transmision issue addressed. Transmision service performed but issue still exists-truck bucks when accelerating onto highway. Bringing back vehicle on 6/25. Truck needs to be driven onto highway to have issue replicated.
