Exceptional customer service experience!
Fri Mar 6 called Taylor to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & Passenger side headlight is out. Taylor scheduled me for 9 am Mon Mar 9. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the right headlight connector was bad and recommended a new connector. Fri Mar 13 when the new connector kit came in it not the correct part for repair. Joie in collaboration with Jay Martin, Service Manager, had the Parts Department call around to area dealers to locating a harness with connector attached. Repair was complete Mar 16th. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. Joie is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. Jason Martin, Service Mgr., is exceptional! After the sale service is the key!

Much easier to make a service appointment than in the past, service experience was fine, only issue for me is that service is pricey, but that is less of an issue as long as the work is done properly.
